Is doing an M20 flywheel conversion worth it ?

I need to replace the clutch and drive shaft oil seal so I was wondering if it would be worth doing an M20 flywheel conversion whilst im done there ?
The car is being used as a daily driver.

i hear that the lwfw conversion on the m40/42 engined cars is probably the most noticeable and best bang for buck mod, get an m20 clutch and starter and speak to member "danthe" for a lightweight m20 FW
