I'm planning this one, and off the top of my head, the things to bear in mind are...

Coil pack mounting - either weld a plate to the inner wing or do the COP conversion.
Gearbox - if using the gearbox from the is the prop will need changing too.
ECU
Engine mounts - M42 or I think there are some M50 mounts that fit.

Im planning this conversion on my 93 e30 316i touring, do I need to change gear box or can the m42 bolt staright onto mine??
