E36 m52b28 coil pack loom

Either having a brain fart or missing something. Stick an engine loom to a e38 m52b28 that was removed from a m52b28 e36 lump that was fitted into an e30.

There isn't a plug on the loom to connect to the coil pack loom .(see pics . Can only assume the e38 coil pack loom is different from the e36?


Any help would be appreciated.

Here is a pic of both plugs Dan . The one on the left is on the engine loom (bottom right of first pic) and the other is coil packs from engine .

In that case you will need a coil pack loom from an early 95/96 car

Yeah got it sorted out and getting the coil pack loom from the engine the engine loom came from .
