yes they are the bees knees. Just make sure you get the correct inserts taper or normal. Even used them without taking off the head. You can also get ally inserts so the material matches the head for the correct heat transfer but stuggle to get them inserts in the uk as they are more for the drag racing high hp guys in the states.
