Just finishing off the m52 swop into my e 30 .ive just fitted the m50 manifold and there's no hole in the manifold for the oil breather/separator .whats the best way to pipe it up ?
I can put a pipe from the cam cover straight into the air intake just before the butterfly and blank off the sump return on the dipstick but with the vacuum would that suck oil out of the cam cover .any suggestions .

Best of luck :)

Also, the area of the cam cover where the breather is located is a semi enclosed section with 'baffles?' . The oil would not be sucked out as such, a fine mist would escape under some circumstances I'd expect but I'm no expert.
