m50 tightening specs

you running M10's on the head bolts?

Thats 30Nm then 90 + 90 angle for the head

crank is 20Nm angle 50

Cams are 15NM

No I'll be going for LRP's so don't need to worry about head bolts, 85ft pounds seems recommended

yeah thats the baby!!! Most of setting are used across the board you will find, apart for the M's regarding head and bottom ends

Yeah it's pretty simple once you get into it.

Been trying to get the crank bolt off. Had to buy a new 3 foot breaker today as my old one has gone MIA and I thought I was going to snap this one it was bending so far. Stuck a 6 foot bit of scaffolding on it and still no joy.

A mate is bringing round an electric impact gun tomorrow, hoping with some heat it will shift

bang the bar with a club hammer to shock it and not just pull on it does works and i do mean hit the bar and not tickle it

Bar would just bend, it's a cheap Sealy. Heat and manning TFU will get it going tomorrow

the bar is needed but if you bang it at the top with a club hammer and not pull it should come free

they are 410 nm 300 lbs
