I am wanting to turbo an engine but not to sure on which one to do?!! Could really do with a bit of guidance!

Easiest is the m50b25. Strong steel block and no vans for the engine management to deal with (although it only needs a switch as opposed to the modulated system used on the s50). However an m50 will handle 500hp with nothing more than a MLS gasket and ARP head studs so you shouldn't need more than that.
