e36 m52 2.8 into e30 m40, what bits do I need?

Morning all I wonder if anyone can help me, I just bought an e36 coupe 328 sport m52 engine and box so I can swap it into my e30 m40 318i, can anyone tell me all the bits I need to complete this, I already have the e34 sump with dip stick and oil pick up, I've sent that away to have a baffle plate welded in as I hear it circulates the oil better but what's the best diff to use and what's the best prop to use, I'm going to pick up an m50 manifold and what the best steering rack to use etc, basically could anyone list all the bits I need to complete this conversion, any help and advice will be very much appreciated, thanks very much, Chris.

Why are you having baffles welded to the sump? Is it for racing use?

Apparently it directs the oil better towards the oil pick up, ill post a picture up of this mod but it's a company called Ergen Motorsports that does it, for fast road use
