Are these any good for a 2.8 engine if they can be made to fit or is too much hassle for the power gains?

Have looked into this. Seems throttle bodies foul the oil filter housing on m52 as s50s have a different setup with oil cooler. Exhaust won't fit without significant bodgery that would pretty much wipe out any real gains due to steering linkage etc.

Was just thinking about the exhaust for now, have Tig welders and all the gear at work (I'm a pipeworker/welder). Guess it would be cheaper than buying a stainless one but it is made for the job

i wouldn't use the S50 throttles, they are quite big so putting them on a 2.8L that makes 100hp less is mismatch of parts. Use the M50 manifold if you have a M52.
