M52 Exhaust gaskets

Hi guys, Took the manifolds off the other day and these were the ones that came off:
(Guessing they are OEM?)




Are they reusable?

If not, I have these fibre type ones that came in some spare parts with a breaker a while back



Or should I just get new ones from the dealer? (Would they be the metal type, as in the first picture?)

They are usually fine to go again unless one side has stuck to either the head or the manifold and its got pulled apart
