Cheapest way to do it is S50 box- £400 odd, custom prop- £150 odd, custom gearbox mount, you should have everything else

If u can find a E46 325d box, it needs a custom mount.

No need for custom prop, an e46 auto front end fits straight it and works with 6 speed lengths.

Good point, It will need a friction disc to match the spline.

I have a new one you can have for a drink + postage

We really all need to put our heads together and figure out a solution to the later fine spline boxes with a solid flywheel. (which i think magpie may have?)

E36 m3 lightweight fly
E36 m3 pressure plate
E46 thin spline 240mm friction disc
E46 6 speed box
E46 325i auto front prop
Custom mount and shifter.

Tried and tested with an s54 power. Worked great apart from the dodgy box I used which had loads of play.

how does the e36 fly compare to a lightened m20 one?

cheers,
Matt

Unless its an ally flywheel it will be heavier
