Viscous Fan

Hi All,

Quick question. Has anyone done the M52 conversion and fitted a viscous fan rather than electric?

its that or get a rad made up. go for a electric fan everyone else does

I have both.

Clearance is tight (about 30mm) so I have fitted a restraint between the gearbox and body to prevent the motor moving foward under heavy braking and having the viscous hitting the radiator.

What viscous did you use? I have the diesel one.
