I'm finally going to start the m52 conversion after the weekend. I've an unknown engine that I want to get running before I go and clean it up and do it properly. What should I at the very minimum get done?

- Oil change
- Sump gasket
- flywheel + clutch
- stat change
- fit loom + ews etc
- exhaust manifolds

Anything else I should be doing before I start this engine up? It's been sitting up for a good 2yrs in the old e30's engine bay, I've turned it by hand only a few times. I think I sprayed a bit of wd40 into the cylinders a long time ago but other than that she's just been sitting there.
