M52b28 question

Hi guys have been offered a e36 328 for my e30 conversion but it's an auto and I want to convert it to manual, I know how to do the convertion but dont know if there is any issue with the wiring loom with regards to the auto side of things, is this going to b a problem to me or not. Any advice would b much appreciated. Thanks Ade
