Have a set of RX7 4-pot Calipers on the front of my E30 M52.
Currently trying to bleed brakes, but front calipers keep locking on, like there's a pressure build-up in the system has anybody else experienced this problem?

I've just done the RX7 Caliper conversion and had no problem of this sort (using brand new goodrich hoses ) but I did years ago on a Mk1 Capri V8. It turned out to be the front Flexi hoses. They had deteoriated internally and collapsed but under hard pressure the fluid would push through but could not return thus locking the brakes. Are you using old hoses ?

They're brand new Goodridge Hoses that I've just replaced.
I was thinking the problem might be with the Master Cylinder, but it's starting to drive me mental.
Have stripped the Calipers & cleaned the pistons to see if that helps, but hasn't :x

Slacken the master cylinder nuts off slightly and see if the brakes free off, if they do the servo pushrod needs backing off a little

I remember turk used that brake set up last year and i think he fitted the calipers the wrong way round or something, something to do with the bleed nipples the wrong way up! I may be barking up the wrong tree but may be worth eliminating this thought if its not working properly. They were pretty effective once he got them sorted though! GL
