hi guys, so ive fitted the modded loom onto the m52 engine, alongside with a m50 inlet manifold and m50 tb, the funny thing is i cant seem to find the 3 pin plug which goes into the tps.

there is another 3 pin plug underneath the inlet manifold hanging which is too short to reach the tps and seems like its for the icv, i am absoloutely baffled as to where this plug for the tps has disappeared.

ive looked long and hard for it and now am sick and tired of telling myself im not looking hard enough.

i obviously need this for the car to run properly( or at all) i know it sounds silly but i really can't find it lol.

any help appreciated on where this wire runs from where i should be looking for it, maybe ive connected it to something else, or even better still a complete engine wiring diagram of a m52 engine so i can trace its start and where i may have plugged it into by mistake.

heres a pic of what im missing circled in red

any help appreciated guys`

You must have plugged it into something else if its not there, not many things you can plug it into though.
Make a list of all the 3 pin plug connections you have made.
The only thing I can think of you might have plugged it into is the oil level sensor on the E34 sump, which the E36 doesnt have

As per pm, the wiring is covered with corrugated plastic tube for the TPS plug so its quite easy to identify
