ive read in some threads about the 2.8 stroker conversion for the m50/m52b25 but these have been single vanos. i cant see it being any different but would it make any difference to the conversion if it where an early m50 non vanos?
i have the chance of getting the non vanos but shall i just go for a later m50 or m52 for this conversion? would it make better power after the build?
thanks

just stick an m52b28 in and save about 30-40 kgs of wieght hanging over your front wheels causing massive understeer!
i had an m50 in mine first of all and now the ally blocked m52 and the first time i drove the car i noticed the difference in the front end.... felt instantly sharper! not only that the ally block is stronger than people think! i had bad paranioa about ally block but was talked around by the most knowlegeable 24 valver on here (danthe) that is would be fine....
ive given mine qa good hiding and shes holding up well, no need to stroke a boat anchor mate
