yeah i see there is 1 for a m50 on ebay but its for a left hand drive what are the differences??

The LHD one will foul the steering column, I'm using one but upside down, however the turbo will foul the head, so you need to make up an angled flange adaptor to make it work.
E30 340i project in progress now 328 turbo
