My M50B25 vanos, bought a couple of months back with all the gubbins for not very much. Ignore the rusty block and general cosmetic state, I've stripped it down since the pic



A few bits for upgrading that I have at my mates workshop

Still got a lot of work ahead but at the minute I use the car everyday so I have to wait until the spring.

Where did you get the alloy stat housing? I've been lookin for one and only foudn them in the us. Also as far as waterpumps go, is kwp the best or what bmw use?

according to DanThe & Town325 KWP is best, I would trust their judgement I know Mark (Town) and he speaks sense.

Alloy housing was from ECP mate, part number 210110030

I think I'm doing pretty well at the min, have either part numbers or prices or both for most things I'll be needing, just need to sit down and see where is cheapest to buy and make an order
