I fitted my 320 linkage today along with my z3 short shift kit and I have a question...
When I bolted up the linkage bar it was not central in the hole on the tunnel. I overcome this by rotating the z3 shifter 180degrees and now the stick is sitting in the middle, all gears are selectable.
Does this sound right to you?
I'm not to worried cos as I say, I can select all gears fine, just wondering if everyone elses is the same.
Cheers- Ant 8)

Aw kool man, nice1.
The short throw is nice and it sits lower, nice sporty feel :D, connect the prop tomoro to my 320 diff just so I can move her under her own steam. Next the LSD! I'm so close 8)
