m52 into 86 320i

Hi,

Am I likely to face any extra problems trying to fit m52 motor into my old chrome bumpered 86 320i? I hear the clutch and flywheel can be used but can the gearbox and prop? If not what can I use instead?

Sorry for all the questions but I'm about to start sourcing parts.
