Timing up an M50

Anyone know how to do this from scratch?

I stuck with a load of bits and can't remember how they went together.

School boy error!
Parts needed:

M40/M20 ignition coil with high voltage lead

Haha I remember those instructions, makes it seem harder then it is, but described v.well!
