You are better off getting an E30 prop front half shortened and an E36 large flange welded on the front end of it

Since I'm hunting down a 5 speed box from a 328i for my M52, I would be interested in the e30 m3 prop if you're selling as I believe it would fit the 5 speed fine.

Yes it fits the 5 speed,box perfect but sorry i am keeping mine

If you mean the link bar between the stick and the gearbox then yes I had to cut it twist and shorten it.

E46 is a different spline on the input

Does that go for all 46 box's Dan?
as in, the E46 5 speed ZF box

happy days, I can see the price of those going up from now on

could you not just cut the flange off the end of the prop, weld the larger one on,
so you can use the bigger/stronger doughnut......

yup you could do that, i guess it would be ideal to then balance it

just writing the for sale add out now

M40 auto prop, fits M52 speed perfectly.
