How much is needed from the e39 loom, I have got the engtout with engine loom still attached, I have 2 ecus I think one is for automatic trans can this just be cut from the loom as I am manually swapping the car.
The engine loom is still attached to the engine but when I plugged the car ecu in there is one plug missing which I have located still attached to the car loom do I need this plug.
Also can these be cut off as they went to automatic gearbox and I presume I can cut the wire that go to the auto ecu
