Okay so basically had my flywheel come loose.... i know, i know very stupid!!

But as the bolts worked loose oil seeped through the bolt holes and onto the clutch and flywheel, is this supposed to happen?

Clutch is being replaced just want to know if there's supposed to be oil behind the flywheel bolt holes before i put everything back together?

Back end of the bolt holes is inside the crankcase. Plenty of oil in there.

As Brian said, often yes it's normal. Some cranks have the holes blind and some break through.

The thread lock on the bolts is as much to seal the thread as lock the bolts.
