Stroker build

Just starting building a m52 3.0 litre stroker.
Can anybody give me the main bearing and big end bearing tolerances.i won't to plastigauge everything before buying the parts .
Wheres the best place to buy new m54 bearing shells and piston rings ? Is it ok with euro car parts or better go for dealer parts.to be honest not a lover of euro parts as a norm.
Also best gasket sets again factor or dealer ..

Bentley manual pdf download link below, you can also google Haynes as well, between the 2 you may find what you want bearing tolerance wise, oem parts are the way to go, realeom will give you part numbers and pelican parts will point you in the right direction as to who is oem manufacture, then buy from the cheapest supplier who stocks oem, cheers
