E46 m3 6 speed box

Tried searching but getting inconclusive and conflicting write ups.

Is it possible to fit e46 m3 6 speed box to my m52?

i aready have a e46 m3 6 speed box I had forgotten about. So if I can't make that work I'll keep the e36 328 box already fitted

Im sure you can, but you will need a custom clutch at least
