VANOS solenoid ohms

any know what ohms they should read?

as i think mines playing up, not feeling the kick all the time but great when it does

They will be about 2 Ohms or there abouts if I recall, what readings are you getting?

Easiest way is just apply 12v and gnd to the solenoid and hear it clicking.
