Help identifying "intake boot"

I need to replace the intake boot, but am unable to identify the part number to order ! Mine has 2 connections underneath for pipes to it, whereas all the ones I can find on real oem only seem to have the one !

The engine is M52 bottom end and M50 non vanos head.

M52 boots have one

Yours looks like an E36 325i boot
