Trying to sort out a clutch for my M30 /M10 box E30
It's got the m10 fly now surprisingly just holding up
Going to be selling the car so needs to be right
Want to go the cheapest route
Has anyone had a E21 M10B20 flywheel in there conversion? Apparently the 2.0s are 228mm I know a half worn 323i clutch holds the M30s power as I used to have a M20 fly on it

I'm in aus
M30 flys are easy to get but I'm running a M10 box so the M30 fly won't fit
I'm not going to get a M30 box as I'm just selling the car
Iv got a M10 fly on it now but the hi torque clutch kits are stupidly expensive !

Ok so found a E12 520i flywheel. (m10 2.0L) it's a 228mm friction disc being the same size as M20s
It's back in and running now and as I'm going to sell the car I put a second had clutch in it probly 1/4 through its life
It holds up with no problem at all hard shifting clutch dumping what ever I through at it
Definetly a better way then the 215mm flywheel

I found the same using 215mm and 228mm m10 flywheels. I know you're sorted but you can also use M3 S14 flywheels which I'm currently using, it's working well along with a M20 paddle clutch.
