Depending on which manifold you're using, you can either swap the guibo for a solid one, get a solid steering linkage, take a grinder to the manifold flanges, or get the welder out & move the flange.

Have you got a photo of where it's catching?

Solid guibo & a touch of grinding gave plenty of clearance on mine...

I twisted my flange 90° , Seemed the best option without a 6 branch.
