This made me think..and i realised that they do have exactly the same shape and amount of pins so i swapped them around and PRESTO its fixed now! i cant believe it was prob just that the whole time! I feel like such an idiot!

Jus need to get it taxed and insured and its ready to roll!!

No, better imo, had my throttlebody on the M30 done, and it was like brand new.
Sandblasing is more coarse.

Yes, but you would need to make a plenuim to mount these to.

yea because i was thinking about using the sandblaster at work to do mine, obviously covering all the butterflies, holes etc..

Ok spoke to my boss today and he doesnt think his engineer can do it any cheaper than whats on the market so im going to go with Rav's suggestion!

The adaptor plates finally arrived today




Plan is to take the I.T.B's apart during the x-mas break and give them a good clean up then sandblast them ready to go on..
