No, better imo, had my throttlebody on the M30 done, and it was like brand new.
Sandblasing is more coarse.

yea because i was thinking about using the sandblaster at work to do mine, obviously covering all the butterflies, holes etc..

might give it a go, like i said ill keep you all updated !

Ok spoke to my boss today and he doesnt think his engineer can do it any cheaper than whats on the market so im going to go with Rav's suggestion! :D

Plan is to take the I.T.B's apart during the x-mas break and give them a good clean up then sandblast them ready to go on..

I cant believe the last post on this was 3 years ago!! 8O :mad: 8O where has the time gone..

Frankenstein has given me another kick in the balls today! lol so I might need to start again with another shell, and do a PROPER conversion this time!
