What spark plugs are everyone using in the m30b35 ? . Are there any performance or uprated ones about

No such thing as updated plugs. If it's an m30 b30. Late engine use the ngk or Bosch and if it's the early then only use the Bosch due to colder burn.

Personally I use the Bosch an my preference.
M30 Tech 1 Touring on gas.

What about iridium plugs ect is there anypoint in fitting something like them

NGK BPR6ES are recommended for M20B25s and M30B35s.

Maurice the early m20s in other words the high comp lumps you must use the Bosch.
