Afternoon all,

My M30 cabby grenaded the clutch in its autobox a few weeks ago, and I would like to get it converted to manual. I don't want to do the job myself, so am very happy to pay someone to do this. I want someone to do a proper job, source a good gearbox, use a new clutch etc, so I fully expect this to be around £800.

But who to use?

I am just a handful of miles from shepevo (Paul at Circuit Motors), but I was not greatly impressed with some (admittedly complex) electrical daignosis work Paul did for me some months ago.

Fritz Bits are not too far away, and seem to have a good reputation?

A-Tech is more of a trek, but I'd happily trailer the car there if Ant's experience made this a noticably more professional, and hassle free job.

Anyone got any thoughts or recommendations?

Thanks all,

Martin.

You are very close to us at motorworx if that might work for you.
With great challenges comes great engineering.
