If its non aircon grab the radiator, electric fan (if its got one) get as much of the downpipes as possible and thats about it from the donor car.

it hasn't got aircon mate. I'll buy an e28 rad later. I was going to source an e34 manual box, clutch and i want a lightened flywheel but that will have to come later when funds allow. Just going to get what i need from the donor first so can weigh it in and make some space. Thanks for the reply lee

For the fly wheel, get your self an e28 singel mass and clutch.

E28 fly & clutch will mate to an E34 box (you can use an M10 box)

You will need some mounts too :D

With an E34 gearbox, swap the output flange for one off an M20 325i then you can use the 325i prop
