M20 rockers and adjusters

Hi does any one know if i can take the rockers, and adjusters out of an m20b20 and use in a m20b25?

Are they the same?

Same, but it's bad practice to mix the wearing surfaces of used parts.

Ok so, new ones are in order.

As long as the replacement rockers aren't showing signs of wear, and the same applies to the cam, etc. in the recipient engine, I wouldn't worry too much about it in practice.
