Hi guys im trying to source piston rings for my b25 butbdont fancy the paying bmw prices...
My local motor factors cant help and i dont want to buy from ebay as im not sure of qualities..
Anybody able to recomend somewhere online?

They're not cheap at all, I think I got mine from BMMiniparts online a few years ago. If you've got any local engineering/engine building places nearby they might be able to get hold of some decent OEM ones.

This is what I was supplied by maggspower on here when he sourced them for me. At least, the make was the same.

Decent price that, think it worked out about £20 a ring when I got mine.
If maggspower uses them I would imagine they're fine, I think they're an OEM supplier to.

Right thanks for help guys the rings are here and iv ordered con rod
and crankshaft shell bearings as well, there was nothing visibly wrong with them, but thought it would be silly not to replace as its all opened up!
do i need to replace the crankshaft and con rod bolts too? are they stretch bolts? or can i just torque them back up?
