Hello,

Does upgrade to 4 holes injector is a good an worthy?
What is the benefit? And does is it plug and play?

I hear is it bosch 0280155885?

Theoretically you would get better fuel atomisation thus better and easier fuel burn, how it translates into real world I don't know you may get lower emissions and slightly better performance, will you notice it? Don't know since I never tried it :D

those should be plug and play they appear to have approx correct flow rate, resistance/impedance, electrical connector, o-rings and groove for the clips to the rail. you wont measure a difference unless the once you remove were stuffed which is good possibility if they are originals or close to it

its like people expecting improvements from newer spark plugs, unless they are worn and old there isnt anything in it. the newer fancy plugs might last longer but they cost alot more than the stock ones.

I've had 4pintle injectors (m50) in my 2.6 m20 for a while now & like digger says, unless the old ones are clogged up/worn then any "gains" will be hard to notice.

Yes they have a different spray pattern for better atomisation but thats about it.
if it's got t*ts or wheels it's bound to be trouble...............prove me wrong.

i'm using multi hole on mine just because they are more common in higher flow rate injectors. you want to make sure they have a similar spray angle to the stock ones as they are meant for a 2V head (thes details can be hard to find but easy to see on injector flow tester) . some 4V head injectors have a split spray that will spray down each port but on a 2V head they can spray too much on the walls which is contrary to what bosch wanted on the M20 based on documents ive read over the years where ideally youre supposed to spray on the the hot valve to help vaporise the fuel. there are also injector dead times which can make things non optimal unless you have a standalone ECU where you can adjust for any differences

the better atomisation is really only going to manifest itself in emissions (thats what was of primary importance to OEM type companies) and maybe a smidge in fuel ecoconmy but ive searched before and never saw anything conclusive and i never noticed anything when i used a different set of injectors when i had a stock engine years and years ago
