Throttle body vaccum valve to carbon canister, delete?

hello,

I really forget to buy and prepare this vaccum valve as my engine now has install to car and no time to order again.

can I run the engine normally without this vaccum valve? and I just shut it/sealed it? and leave the connector?

Yes, you can get rid of this without causing any problems. As you say, just block the hole from the throttle body. You can then lose the cannister but keep the pipe that comes from the fuel tank and tuck it into the chassis rail.

Without any running problems, but we can't answer about the legal side of things. This item is not tested in the annual roadworthyness test in the UK, so it's removal doesn't cause legal problems here, but things may be different where you are.

Make sure the end of this pipe is left open.

My car is a covertion from m40 and my old engine does not have carbon canister, so there is only 1 fuelpump pipe to the fuelfilter and then the pipe is go to fpr. There are 1 other pipe come from the fuelpump house but I don't know where this go to

There should be three metal fuel lines on the car this engine came from, as there is on all UK spec. M40 engined E30s. This third line contains only air and fumes, not liquid, and serves as a vent for the fuel tank.
If this is a fresh engine going into a car that didn't have a canister, then either the hose will already be tucked away, or the car will have the earlier open vent under the rear of the car.
You are incorrect on what you have written above. The fuel pipe from the filter goes directly to the fuel rail, and the pipe from the FPR goes straight back to the fuel tank, entering via a second pipe on the fuel pump bracket if you have a 55 litre tank.
