Just wanted to ask and make sure from you guys who are more experienced than me and might have done it already. Im looking to change my small case diff to a medium case LSD. I have 87' 320i [manual] stock so it should be a 240 box (right?).
1. Will it be as easy as just swapping the diffs?
2. Would i be needing to change the propshaft (or anything else) since 240 box is smaller than the 260 of the 325i where most LSDs came from?
3. What ratio would you guys suggest?
4. And last, anything i'm missing out or should take into consideration?
