I need some advice, about my bend crankshaft 0.141mm

can it be fixed? may be reduce the metal so I use 0.25mm bearing shell or may be 0.50mm bearing shell.

I'm thinking of take it back to machine shop.

thank you before

thank you for the all info.

I have read it but the machine shop that offer to fix my crank is not mention to use hidraulic press or hammering like in the website you info to me.

they said will centering with take some metal meat in the bend area so it will straigh again and after that I will use oversize bearing shell 0.25 or 0.50

any zone member has info about this method?

I don't see how that would work - surely, it would make the journal oval, and rapidly wear out the bearing shells? :?

Where is the crank bent - in the middle, and is it visibly bent as it is rotated?
