Hi, there is any guides how I have to make c101 plug for this conversion. Both year 1991

You shouldn't need to do anything with the C101. Mine was a simple plug and play (91 M20 into an 89 M40).

but when i connect battery my ignition is always on.

The only thing you should need to check at the C101 is Pin 20 for an earth wire and if one is present, remove it.
