looking to be pointed in the right direction to swap 1.6 out

hello people

first of all please excuse my ignorance as i am totally green to this but could anyone send me a link or anything to show me how to go on and whats involved to swap my 1.6 out and fit a 2.5??

any help appreciated, i did try and look through the threads but as new to this all the engine codes ect go straight over my head
