rad hitting

hi all i'm bit confused fitted engine in gone to fit rad and it's hitting the viscous.

checked all mounts all are fine and located properly.

any ideas please people,i'm not sure but could it be the rad and what is the thickness supposed to be?

you got the plastic blades mounted on the viscous clutch the right way?
E30 325is with M20B31
