enlarged throttle body for m20b25

does anyone know where i could get my throttle body enlarged to 64mm??

or does anyone know of one for sale?

i know riot racing sell them off the shelf, but they will only ship to america from what i can gather and are a little to expensive.

thanks in advance for any help
