Im having trouble with the m30 injectors on my 2.8. Atm im running the car on ants chip with the m20 injectors but if i swap over to the m30's the car will not start. The plugs are not even wet after numerous turns. Is there something im missing? The m30 injectors were cleaned and checked before installation

im assuming ants chip is set for standard injectors. might need cranking fuel maps fettled.. saying that tho i ran 19lb injectors with a generic chip before i started tuning and it did start up and run ok, ran a bit rich but it ran nonetheless (remember the elite dyno session? lol).

any other info on the spec of the engine, etc? MAF conversion, standard AFM, etc, etc? i could sort it out if ur stuck. could do a bespoke tune for the car on a dyno or on the road or could just whack in the wideband and sort out whatever the problem is (assuming cranking fuel and or ignition maps here) with ants tune and leave all the ignition maps and whatnot as per ants tune.

i would assume it should start on the 19lb injectors tho just from my own experience but maybe cranking ignition/cranking fuel isnt ideal for your lump since its been stroked and the M30 injectors are the straw that broke the camels back so to speak.. u made sure all the connections were on good and tight, didnt forget to connect the injector loom plug to the cars loom under the inlet manifold or anything silly like that?

if the plugs are not wet then i would think that there is no fuel passing the injectors, if your cranking and cranking with no start then you should be wetting the cylinders ate least.

perhaps try fitting the injectors into the rail and getting someone else to crank the car, you should be able to see the injectors spray.

WARNING - DO have a fire extinguisher to hand and DONT crank it for too long, as you will fill the air with fuel vapor.
