Which Gasket? How many?

Hello Zoners!

I need abit of help.....

Having abit of a clean up in the engine bay and Ive took off the rocker cover and intake manifold so I can blast it which ive now done (ill post soom pics up later). But I realized that there was no gaskets on the intake manifold???

Ive had a look at bmwfans website @ http://bmwfans.info/parts/catalog/E30/C ... ld_system/

Do I need 2 of item number 2? and a number 3?

Also Im wanting to go down the 2.7 turbo root soon - would there be any point renewing the injectors? Im assuming Ill need bigger injectors when I go down this root?

4 no.3 1 no. 2. re turbo. if you force in more air with a turbo you need to inject more fuel so bigger injectors are a must.

I would of thought so with regards to the injectors. I dont know if this is a problem/not working now - but I found a injector which looked like the tips been burnt - worth replacing? what could of caused this?

With regards to the missing gaskets... what could this cause?

i would have thought it wouldnt even run without gaskets. you sure they arnt there. not sure about the injector.

Like a nob I couldnt see the gaskets on the head - they look fine so they wont be getting changed. I thought id upload some pics of the rocker cover and inlet manifold I shot blasted.
