As stated above, there are many companys that do the forged piston kits an the stronger lighter conrod kits.
Wiseco will do a custom low compression stroker kit for you but its not going to be cheap and you'll more than likely have to go through a U.K. dealer to get it as its an American manufacturer.
How far are you willing to dig into your pocket for the project build?

Wiseco, JE, Eagle are the ones I checked out when I was building my engine.
I think Ireland engineering sells forged pistons and rods too.
I ended up with a custom set of forged pistons, pins and rods made by Wiseco
As Gunni said, what kind of power are you looking for as it's quite an investment.
And you can run quite a bit of hp on stock parts.

Anything from £400 to £750 depending on what strength and compression you want and where in the world they are coming from and what company your willing to purchase from.
Brands I looked at like Wiseco only have the M50 and S14 off the shelf forged pistons for lower and normal compression, lets say you want a piston kit for an M20, you would have to apply for a custom set to be made and this can cost more from some or all manufacturers.

Yeah I know, still less than what I payed.
If you're not planning on running ~400whp save your money and buy a good standalone ecu
