Hi, I've read previous posts and they mention joining two wires to coming from the cluster directly to two @ ECU Pins ( i've written down the colours / pin No's but don't have the paper on me. The question is if i cut the wires going to of from the ecu at those two pins do i connect the cluster wires to the bit that's left going to/ from the the ECU or the bit that other ends ?
Thanks Ian

Cluster wires connect to the wires going towards the ECU.
In a post facelift RH drive car, the wiring between the ECU and the instrument cluster does a full circle - both 'ends' are on the RH side, but the wiring from the ECU goes back through the bulkhead, across the engine compartment to the LH side, through the C101, back through the bulkhead, along behind the dash, and back to the instrument cluster, a few inches from where it started. Rather than add the missing wires along this route, it's easier to tease them from their respective looms, cut them, and just join them together.

If you do that then get some plugs to add in the new wires, removing all of that lot and redoing it just to work on the pedal box.
Without an easily split connection on those wires you wont be able to get the engine loom back out of the hole in the bulkhead.
