BMW E30 325i TURBO HELP?

Im looking to get around a healthy 360bhp, i would like to know what i have to do ie. cams ,turbo... for my 1990 e30 325i Sport

Please could you tell me the exact parts i need to achieve this (engine, gearbox and whatever else i need)

The reason im asking is so i dont stick some cheap parts into the engine and ruin it. (I want to put Sony parts into it if you get what im saying.)

first thing id say is do some reserch rather than being told
a standard m20 is fine with arp studs 360 bhp is alot dont know if you realise how quick that will be

first things first how deep are your pockets ??
